Current affairs are not helping.

No disagreement here. The updates all skate on the line of plausibility and seem to be an exercise in running out the clock with no resolution or progress.
We went in knowing the risk, but apparently I was a bit naive in thinking that past performance meant something more than it did, like that they had figured out business basics better than it seems.
The uncertainty of it all is the nerve-wracking part. If it was clearly a case of either fraud or resolvable unexpected delays, that could be accepted. But who knows?

All you get from them is form letters. The producer of the alleged product has an excuse for every question or request in the book, and the project updates are more laughable with each addition. They refuse to show proof of any claim they make. 922 people lost $364,000 and Kickstarter is structured so you can’t do anything about it. I hope all 922 backers immediately discontinue use of Kickstarter as a platform as well as anything ever made or created by Nixoid. I’d love to eat my words, but I doubt any of us get anything.

Greatly appreciate if someone would advise me which Kickstarter micro brand will replace the Rolex/Seiko /Swatch/Citizen conglomerate by 2030. Thank you in anticipation.

Or was it just the increased sum involved that raised eyebrows? The world may never now. It’s a total novelty watch, but I want fun things like this to exist.
